Odocrypt has been tested specifically on the Cyclone V (Technical overview) during the testnet phase, though it will no doubt rapidly spread to being supported by additional hardware

Cyclone V doesn't refer to a specific FPGA, but rather a family of FPGAs. There are several sub-families of Cyclone V (such as GX) and hundred of different chips in that family. The boards come with a variety of different surplus components that don't affect mining capabilities.

Initial testing has been conducted on the following boards:

These can be purchased from a variety of suppliers, such as directly from Terasic or even Amazon

Although there are a variety of other FPGAs that will work with Odocrypt, for new enthusiasts this should provide a sufficient starting point.
